Corn Relish Hot Dog Recipe

  • 1 package Hillshire Farm® Link Sausage
  • 5 bakery rolls
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 ears of corn, kernels removed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  1. Mix all relish ingredients together and set aside. Cut buns in half and spread with olive oil. Heat for 2 minutes on the grill over medium heat; remove from grill and set aside.
  2. Grill the sausage over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned, turning frequently. Place sausage in toasted buns and top with relish.
