- 1 package Cheddarwurst® Wisconsin Cheese Smoked Sausage
- 6 English muffins
- 1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut sausages into ½“ slices. Separate English muffins into halves and place on baking sheet.
- Spread each muffin with pizza sauce; top with sausage, green onions, tomato and cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sausages are hot.
