- 2 ounces Lower Sodium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mango
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh kiwi
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped cilantro
- 2 leaves butter or curly leaf lettuce
- Combine mango, kiwi, pineapple, lime juice and cilantro; mix lightly.
- Fill lettuce with turkey slices and mango mixture. Roll-up. Serve immediately.
