- 1 package Ultra Thin Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 1 loaf olive bread, cut into 4 pieces
- 1/4 cup prepared garlic mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared olive tapenade
- 1/4 cup prepared pesto
- 1/2 cup julienne-cut sun dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup baby arugula
- Evenly divide and spread the mayonnaise and tapenade on the bottom halves of bread and the pesto on the top halves.
- Layer between the bread halves with turkey, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and arugula.
