- 1 package Lit'l Smokies® Cocktail Links
- 1 loaf cinnamon swirl bread
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powder sugar (for dusting)
- Remove crust from bread slices and cut bread into 1-inch strips.
- Roll the strips flat with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl combine the heavy whipping cream, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon together. Whisk until fully incorporated.
- Roll sausage up in a strip of bread and dredge it in the egg mixture until completely coated.
- Fry each one on a griddle or frying pan over low to medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Dust with powder sugar and enjoy.
