1 crisp apple, peeled and cut into matchstick slices
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Toss cheese and flour together in bowl then place 2 tblsps of cheese mixture on baking sheet, patting into a 3-inch circle. Repeat with remaining cheese. Bake 6-7 min or until cheese has melted into golden-brown fricos.
While warm, drape each frico over the handle of a wooden spoon forming taco shells. Let cool.
Heat sausage according to package directions.
Arrange frico shells on lettuce lined tray. Add apple and sausages to shells. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
