- 12 packages Hawaiian rolls
- 3 slices provolone cheese, cut into quarters
- 1 1/8 cup teriyaki sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 cup chopped peeled mango
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 1 cup teriyaki sauce and sausages in large skillet and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.
- For salsa, mix mango, pineapple, red pepper, cilantro, onion, lime juice and jalapeno.
- Mix remaining teriyaki sauce with mayo. Cut rolls in half, place bottoms in a 9x11 pan. Place mayo mixture, 2 sausages, cheese and salsa on each roll and add roll tops.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire, Dijon, onion powder and sesame seeds and brush on sliders. Cover with foil and bake for 10 min. Remove foil and bake another 10 min.
